The big box arrived, and was opened………
The Senior Architectural Engineer inspected the foundational pieces for stability…….
The Inspector then made sure that the residential portion of the structure was up to our local Housing Code.
Next the Contractor began assembly. (note the care, skill and judgement he used)
The new owners arrived and inspected the craftsmanship.
The new owners take up residence, another satisfied customer!
Another successful high-rise development!

No, it’s going into the “Kitty Studio” aka the exercise room.
Lovely kitty condo! We should get one for Cuca, so he can escape the butt-sniffing Fergus more easily.
Ahh, we don’t allow butt sniffing here. However, face licking and toe nibbling are a go!
And how does Lady Pennycat like the new piece of furniture?
Nini, I walk around it, I don’t get on it…..I saw the contractor put it together and I don’t think he was qualified, I also noted the sub-standard materials used.

Well the builder got lots of purrs and licks from the new little brothers. The older sister, well, she is still really pi–ed off about the whole family expansion thing.
